With much expectation, 2023 3rd International Conference on Human–Machine Interaction (ICHMI 2023) was finally held successfully during May 26-28, 2023 at Taiyuan, China. CCAI 2023 is co-sponsored by Beijing CAS Spark Institute of Information Technology(SIIT), host by Taiyuan University of Technology, China and North China University of Technology, China.
